Recently I was at a garden party in Abcoude, a small town just outside Amsterdam.

Took a picture when I got back via Amsterdam Central Station

Took a picture of some fields at Abcoude from the platform

and took a pitcure of the platform itself.

Of course I could include some pictures of the food we had but there's no sky to see in them and this is a skywatch blog. 

So here's just a poem, inspired by the train ride:

Passed Station (a #poem)

The train left decades ago

and it stopped at interesting places

At some I stayed a while,

while from others I just wanted

to move on

Some stations became dear to me

and others I want to forget about

But they're all part of my journey

and the train brought me where I am today

To think of where to go next?

That's a passed station
