I try to visit friends who live outside of Amsterdam at least once a month.
Two weeks ago I visited a friend in Breda:

We need Light to see (a #poem)
We need light to see
but too much can blind us
The words were not lost on him
therefore that's how he felt
wondering if he wanted change
or to end it all
asking her if it would be strange
for her to break his fall
and to guide him through the dark
to which she simply replied:
"We need light to see"
