On my weekly day of I visited Atlantikwall Raversyde. 

Didn't know the (temporary) King of Belgium (just Prince at the time) lived there, Prince Charles (Karel):

This was the view from Battery Aachen, the most intact battery left from the war:

It is near Oostende and this is Kursaal, a local casino and venue:

Just had to capture these clouds in De Panne:

This was at Koksijde beach:

It threatened to start raining at our bungalow park:

I loved being at Koksijde beach after it had cooled down on this day where temperatures reached 37° Celcius:

Really loved the peace and quiet:

This week's poem I didn't write during a show but at my day of at the beach:

For the Masses (a #poem)

Just to float

on a sea of tranquility 

like a kite that can swim 

or a child learning to sing

while scavengers hunt

for the final remains

with the last one in front

until there's nothing more 

but stains

And the day just passes 

as if tomorrow 

is for the masses
