==============
Whenever I can, I visit the De Panne beach. This time with friends from Amsterdam who came to see the show.
This statue depicts King Leopold I of Belgium and was erected in 2006.
The 'official' 'we are halfway the run' - party was well organized and great fun:

It ended when the fair park's fireworks started:
The two crew members who organised the event had clearly put some effort in the 'Tropical' party:
There was a sound system, a smoke machine, water Twister and a waterslide!
This week's poem is inspired by several events that happened the day of the show during which I wrote it, starting in the darkness in the wings and finishing it during the second scene I'm in.

It has become a tradition and I intend to publish the collection of writings I produce during the run.

Very Stable (a #poem)

Waiting for a ride

that never came

Trying to hide someone to blame

for the troubles caused

by a tale in the making

trying to look lost

not very good in faking

while sitting

at the breakfast table

His life was never

very stable
